Complaints and redress
If something has gone wrong, our complaints handling procedure sets out how to raise it and what happens next.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved between us, it can be taken to an independent redress provider approved by the RICS Regulatory Board. For consumer clients we are a member of the Property Redress Scheme, membership number PRS059560. For business-to-business disputes we use the RICS Dispute Resolution Service.
